Why the boat changes the trip
Many Poconos stays put guests near outdoor recreation. Here, the boat can be waiting at the same dock you see from the house. That makes a short cruise, an evening lap around the lake or a fishing outing something the group can do spontaneously instead of planning around a marina or off-site rental counter.
The pontoon is electric, which suits the quiet character of the lake. It is intended for relaxed cruising and fishing rather than high-speed boating.
How the pontoon rental works
The pontoon is not automatically included in the lodging rate. It is a separate seasonal rental, requires its own agreement and waiver, and has an additional fee. Pricing can vary by stay and season, so the site intentionally does not publish one fixed amount.
Availability should be confirmed for the dates of a particular stay. The normal operating season is May through October, subject to conditions, maintenance and lake rules.

Paddle craft are a different part of the lake setup
Guests do not need the pontoon to get onto the water. A selection of kayaks, canoes and paddleboards is included with the stay, along with life jackets. That gives families options for both quiet paddling and longer boat outings.
Turtle Cove is one of the places guests can explore by canoe or kayak, reinforcing the advantage of having watercraft at the house instead of treating the lake as something viewed from shore.
Build the rest of the stay around the dock
The private dock sits with the home’s sandy beach and lakeside fire-pit area. The upper and lower decks, hot tub and great room all overlook the same water, so the boat is part of a larger lakefront setup rather than a stand-alone amenity.
For groups with different interests, that makes it easy for one part of the family to boat while others stay at the beach, hot tub, deck, game rooms or fire pit.
